1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the device of the person visiting it. They allow the site to work, remember the user's preferences and, in other contexts, collect information about browsing behaviour.

2. Which cookies we use

Every cookie on this site is first-party (set by us) and technical or functional: they make sign-in, the shopping cart and user preferences work. We use none of them to profile, track or measure browsing for advertising or statistical purposes.

• _medusa_jwt — keeps the user signed in after login. Duration: 12 months. Not readable by JavaScript.
• _medusa_cart_id — links the visitor to their shopping cart. Duration: 7 days. Not readable by JavaScript.
• _medusa_cache_id — technical identifier used to serve the correct data to the user from the cache. Duration: 24 hours.
• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language chosen, so the default one is not shown again on every visit. Duration: 12 months.
• rmt_logged — records that the user is signed in, so that elements meant for anonymous visitors are not shown to them. Contains no personal data. Duration: 30 days.
• rmt_announcement_dismissed — remembers that the user has closed the notice bar at the top of the site, so it is not shown again. Duration: 180 days.
• _rmt_referral_code — present only for visitors arriving through a sales representative's link: it keeps the representative's code so the attribution is not lost if the user browses before registering. Duration: 30 days. Deleted once registration is completed.
• _rmt_impersonation — present only during a support session in which an operator, duly authorised, acts inside a customer's account. It is used to display the notice announcing this. Maximum duration: 7 days.

3. Third-party cookies

We set none. The site uses no traffic analytics tools, carries no advertising pixels and embeds no third-party content that sets cookies.

Card payments are handled by Stripe: any cookies needed to complete a payment are set by Stripe itself, on its own domains, during the transaction, and are governed by its own policy.

4. Other storage technologies

Besides cookies, the site uses the browser's local storage for a single technical purpose: recording the time of the last automatic page reload (rmt_stale_build_reload_at), so that a site update does not cause repeated reloads. It contains no personal information and is discarded when the browser session ends.

5. Consent

Technical and functional cookies strictly necessary to deliver the service requested by the user do not require prior consent, under article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI) and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. As this site uses no profiling or measurement cookies, no consent banner is shown.

Should we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for consent before setting them and update this policy.

6. How to manage or delete cookies

Users can review, restrict or delete cookies at any time from their browser settings. Instructions are available in the documentation of the browser in use (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others all offer this).

⚠️ Blocking or deleting this site's cookies affects how it works: without them it is not possible to stay signed in, keep the shopping cart or retain the chosen language.

7. Processing of personal data
