1. Orders containing products weighing less than 1.5 kg with no dimension over 30 cm

• Mainland Spain and Portugal (islands excluded): Riba Mundo Tecnología pays the delivery charges on orders with a net amount over €189. Below that amount, a charge of €4.50 applies.
• Balearic Islands and Portuguese islands: charges calculated in line with the carrier's prices.
• Spanish territories subject to customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): charges in line with the carrier's prices, plus an additional €20 in all cases to handle customs.

Saturday deliveries are treated as special: the charge is communicated case by case, based on the characteristics of the delivery.

Europe, outside Spain and Portugal (islands excluded)

Standard delivery

• Orders from €0 to €2,500: €15, insurance included.
• Orders over €2,500: 0.20% of the total order value.
• Shipping paid by Riba Mundo Tecnología when the unit value of all products ordered exceeds €750.

Express delivery

• Orders from €0 to €2,500: €25, insurance included.
• Orders over €2,500: 0.85% of the order value.
• When the unit value of all products ordered exceeds €750: 0.30% of the order value.

In both cases the customer is always charged 0.3% of the taxable base of the order to cover the cost of insurance.

• Malta, Cyprus, Sicily, Sardinia and the Greek islands: charges in line with the carrier's prices.
• Outside Europe: charges in line with the carrier's prices, plus an additional €20 in all cases to handle customs.

2. Orders containing at least one product weighing over 1.5 kg or with any dimension over 30 cm

• Mainland Spain and Portugal (islands excluded): shipping paid by Riba Mundo Tecnología on orders with a net amount over €189. Below that amount, €4.50.
• All other destinations: charges in line with the carrier's prices, plus customs handling costs where applicable.

3. Dropshipping

• Spain and Portugal (islands excluded), total weight up to 15 kg: €5, VAT excluded. Above that weight, the charge is calculated in line with the carrier's prices.
• Europe, excluding mainland Spain and Portugal: where the total weight of the products in the packaging is under 1.5 kg and no dimension of any product exceeds 30 cm, express delivery is always used, at €15. If these conditions are not met, standard delivery applies, with charges in line with the carrier's prices.
• Greek islands, Azores and Madeira: the dropshipping service is available exclusively through the logistics operator UPS.
• Cyprus and Malta: charges in line with the carrier's prices.

Riba Mundo Tecnología reserves the right not to handle dropshipping orders destined for territories subject to customs.

Carriers

Deliveries are handled through UPS, DHL, MRW, CORREOS EXPRESS, TSB and SCHENKER. Once express or standard service has been chosen, the transport method is selected according to the volume and destination of the order, always taking the quality of the service into account. Any special transport requirements must be stated before confirming the order.
